Spreading Christmas cheer and selling seasonal stamps.
Post office wanted to connect with customers beyond its 11,500 branches, through the form of a travelling pop up shop. The goal was to show the Post Office as a helpful brand with a playful side.
We designed an experience that showed Post Office is able to create positive emotional engagement and fun memories. Our design incorporated a pop up concept with a ‘Winter Wonderland’ theme built out of plywood with cut-out trees and birds for easy set up and down each day. Customers were invited to hang a wish in the ‘Wishing Forest’, drawing them into the experience.
They could then buy Christmas stamps at digital kiosks within the experience, and create personalised Christmas stamps with festive photo-booth props. The pop up travelled the length of the country, spreading festive cheer from the streets of Glasgow to Westfield London.
